On 27 January 2022 Lavina Mehta MBE joined us for a livestreamed full body feel-good workout suitable for all levels. Here she’ll guide you through her ‘fitness prescription’ of mobility, cardio (with low impact options available), strength training, and stretching in this 30-minute session.

Suitable for all levels and no fancy equipment necessary – just some everyday household objects. Grab a couple of tins or plastic bottles, a pair of tights or a scarf and a mat (if you have one), and join others in the diabetes community from across the UK for this free class!
